Where the evidence is thin or contested we say that too, rather than rounding it into a recommendation.

- No manufacturer has paid, or can pay, to appear or rank in these bulletins. If that ever changes it will be disclosed here first and on every affected page.
- Sourcing
- Bulletins carrying factual claims about force, protocol, or biology cite primary literature with DOIs, and state which figure each source supports. Values are reproduced as reported, never as recommendations. Where sources disagree, we show the disagreement.
- Ownership
- Published by Regen Portal, which markets for regenerative medicine clinics. It sells no devices and takes no device commission. Stated plainly because you should know who is talking.
- Corrections
- Errors are corrected in place, and the revision date at the head of each bulletin changes when they are. If you believe a figure here is wrong, we would rather know.
- Audience
