# Injectable PRF (i-PRF)

i-PRF is a liquid form of platelet-rich fibrin prepared at low centrifugal force and short duration, which leaves it injectable before it clots. It is associated with the low-speed centrifugation concept.

Published i-PRF protocols sit in the range of roughly 44 to 177 g. Lower force in this range has been reported to raise platelet, leukocyte, and growth-factor content relative to higher-speed comparators.
